Job summary

KPM, a leading full-service multifamily management company, is seeking an Assistance Property Manager to support the efficient operation of our apartment communities. This role will assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and staff coordination to uphold high-quality property management standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of property management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in property management or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in daily property operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist with tenant relations by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Help manage leasing activities by conducting tours, processing applications, and executing lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate records related to leases, tenant files, and financial transactions.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenses to support financial goals.
• Provide supervision and guidance to onsite staff as needed.
