Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Houston's Energy Corridor is seeking a Property Administrator to coordinate departmental and financial activities within the property management function.

You will work with property managers to improve service delivery, verify contract and vendor data, code invoices, and support RFP processes while ensuring compliance with policies and real estate law. This role emphasizes data integrity and client service.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of related experience.
  • Familiarity with processes, procedures, and systems within the property management function.
  • Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Property Managers to improve service delivery.
  • Verify management, insurance, tenant and leasing contract data accuracy.
  • Code vendor invoices, expense reports, AR and contract execution processes.
  • Support contract and RFP execution processes.
  • Review data integrity across systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy and real estate law.
  • Facilitate communication of standard policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Train new team members on policies, procedures, processes, administration and governance.
  • Manage client termination processes.
  • May participate in the Property Management internal audit process.
  • Work with senior management to improve operational compliance.
  • Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
