Job summary

CBRE Property Administrator role in Boston, MA coordinates a range of departmental and financial activities within the Property Management function. You will help operate buildings for clients and ensure data accuracy across systems.

The position involves forecasting, contract administration, vendor invoice reviews, onboarding, and supporting governance initiatives to improve compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual or complex content clearly.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a Market Leader to identify opportunities to improve service delivery to customers.
  • Create monthly forecasting reports and present to management.
  • Verify the database of management and leasing contract information is accurate and up to date.
  • Review and approve vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables and contracts.
  • Support the contract execution process and data integrity across systems.
  • Ensure compliance with policy and real estate laws and guidelines.
  • Train new team members on policies, procedures, processes, administration and governance.
  • Assist onboarding of incumbent staff and manage termination processes.
  • Collaborate with senior management to improve operational compliance.
  • Glean insights from data and propose process improvements.
