Job summary

CBRE seeks a Property Administrator in Houston's Energy Corridor to coordinate departmental and financial activities for client buildings. You will partner with Property Managers to improve service delivery and ensure data integrity across systems.

The role involves reviewing invoices, supporting contract/RFP processes, and training team members while ensuring regulatory compliance and governance. Strong MS Office and analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
  • A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive attitude.
  • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Manage the client termination process.
  • May participate in the Property Management internal audit process.
  • Work with senior management to improve operational compliance.
  • Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

About The Role

As a CBRE Property Administrator, you will oversee the coordination of a variety of departmental and financial activities. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

This role is located in the Energy Corrider section of Houston, Texas.
