Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1–2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AP and CMMS systems preferred.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties preferred.
• Knowledge of financial terms and ability to perform basic financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support Property Manager in managing a single property or portfolio.
• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with administrative and building staff.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and conformity with agreements.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and budget packages.
• Coordinate and document lease administration activities and tenant moves.
• Assist with emergency response planning and drills.
• Support sourcing and procurement activities.
