Anchor Pacifica Management seeks a full-time Assistant Property Manager to oversee a 255-unit building in Burbank, CA. You will lead daily operations, assist leasing, and coordinate with maintenance and vendors.

Strong leadership, high energy, and the ability to enforce rules professionally are essential. Manage tenant inquiries, inspections, reports, and community events to maintain a positive environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience in property management with multi-family properties.
• Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of office procedures and phone etiquette for tenants, staff and vendors.
• Excellent conflict management skills for difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the contact for residents regarding rent, maintenance questions, and other concerns.
• Assist with leasing by conducting tours and processing applications.
• Support marketing by notifying vacancies and assisting with ads.
• Coordinate move-ins/out move-outs and inspections.
• Handle property inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
• Maintain tenant files and records; generate property operation reports.
• Enforce community rules and mediate conflicts.
