Job summary

SoCal Pacific Management seeks a Maintenance Manager to supervise the property's maintenance staff and oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination. You will manage move-in/move-out schedules, ensure quality workmanship, and track tasks in Yardi to support resident satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the Community Manager to maintain curb appeal, safety, and compliance, and to keep occupancy goals on track while ensuring a quality living experience for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3 years of experience performing duties of a maintenance technician or related field.
• Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily maintenance team activities.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and unit turns (non-renovated 5 days; renovated 30 days).
• Manage work orders in Yardi and ensure timely completion (24–48 hours).
• Perform general maintenance repairs across the property (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Coordinate with vendors and obtain proposals as needed.
