Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Post rent and payments in Yardi and verify resident settings for online payments.
• Follow IPM policy to address late rent and contact delinquent residents.
• Process purchase orders and invoices as directed by Community Manager.
• Support leasing activities and resident relations; assist in renewals.
