Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support community operations. You will handle rent collection and posting in Yardi, address delinquent residents, process purchase orders and invoices, and step in for the Community Manager when needed.

This role requires high energy, strong communication, leadership, and ability to manage leasing activities, resident relations, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-family housing or leasing is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven leadership capabilities.
• Flexible and proactive in supporting Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Post rent and other payments in Yardi and ensure online payments setup.
• Follow IPM policy to collect delinquent rent and make contact with residents.
• Process invoices and manage vendor payments.
• Prepare month-end accounting reports and support monthly close.
• Assist leasing activities and resident relations, including renewals.
