The role supports leasing, marketing, bookkeeping, and collections, with responsibilities across budgeting and compliance. Strong communication and Yardi proficiency are valued; prior property management experience is required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from The Southern Difference Institute or equivalent combination of education and property management experience
• Three years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or real estate

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in overall operations
• Develop the team and maintain community compliance with policies
• Support daily on-site operations and ensure quality control
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and managing team
• Contribute to marketing and sales efforts
• Perform leasing, administrative, bookkeeping, and collections duties as needed
• Respond in emergencies and stay aware of industry trends
