Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking an on-site Assistant Manager to handle rent posting, delinquency follow-up, and daily operations in a multi-family community. You will use Yardi for accurate postings, assist in leasing, and ensure resident relations while supporting the Community Manager.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to manage PO and invoice processing, with potential for growth toward a permanent role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in the multi-family apartment industry.
• Experience in dealing with customers or the public.
• Previous leasing/customer service and collection experience helpful.
• Previous management experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Post rent and payments accurately in Yardi.
• Follow IPM delinquency policies and make calls/visits to delinquent residents.
• Process purchase orders and invoices as directed.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and related reporting.
• Assist in leasing activities and resident relations.
• Support Community Manager in daily operations.
• Prepare month-end and budget-related reports.
