Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking an Assistant Manager to support community operations, including rent posting, delinquency follow-up, and invoice processing.

You will assist the Community Manager in leasing activities, resident relations, and monthly closeouts, with responsibility for Yardi-based tasks and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in multi-family housing, strong communication, leadership, and flexibility to work beyond standard hours.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in multi-family apartments.
• Customer service and leasing/collections helpful.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• MS Office proficiency preferred.
• Yardi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post rent and payments in Yardi accurately.
• Follow IPM policy for late payments.
• Prepare month-end accounting reports.
• Process invoices and purchase orders.
• Assist in leasing activities and resident relations.
• Back-up Community Manager as needed.
