Lincoln Property Company is seeking an LPC Assistant Property Manager in San Antonio, TX to support the Property Manager with marketing, operations, and financial activities for a portfolio of commercial properties.

The role emphasizes coordinating lease administration, CAM/OpX reconciliations, and reporting, while ensuring vendor invoice approvals and adherence to policies. 100% in-office with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead and build consensus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with AP/CMMS systems.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, or industrial properties is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in preparing monthly reports and budgets.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with agreements.
• Assist with lease administration and CAM/OpX reconciliations.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs; participate in property walk-throughs.
• Assist with emergency response plans and drills.
• Support sourcing and procurement activities; assist in bidding as required.
