Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an LPC Property Manager to oversee a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties in the United States. You will coordinate marketing, operations, and financial activities for clients, with a focus on delivering reports, budgets, and lease administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years related experience.
• Real Estate License required where mandated by local regulation; CPM or RPA preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel; knowledge of Yardi or MRI and Kardin.
• Experience with commercial properties; knowledge of leases, contracts, finances, and taxes.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and variance reporting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership potential.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners and report to clients.
• Manage tenant needs; oversee staff to resolve issues per policies.
• Prepare monthly management reports and annual operating/capital budgets.
• Lead lease administration including lease setups, changes, and reporting.
• Collect rent, report AR status, and issue client-approved notices.
• Direct sourcing and procurement; manage vendor contracts and compliance.
• Lead and develop the team; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Ensure property inspections and oversee maintenance/renovations.
