Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an LPC Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in overseeing a property or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail assets. You will help manage marketing, operations, and financial activities and coordinate with building staff and tenants.

The role requires coordinating monthly reports, budgets, CAM/OpX data, lease administration, and inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1–2 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; AP and CMMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in managing a single property or portfolio of commercial/industrial/retail properties.
• Coordinate and review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with agreements.
• Prepare monthly reports and budget packages for clients.
• Assist with CAM/OpX data collection and operating expense reconciliations.
• Coordinate lease administration activities and reporting across systems.
• Assist with tenant move-ins/move-outs and site walkthroughs.
• Contribute to emergency plans and drills; assist with sourcing and bidding activities.
• Provide direction and performance guidance to direct reports.
