Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Portland, OR is seeking an LPC Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in overseeing a commercial portfolio. The role focuses on marketing, operations, budgeting, reporting, lease administration, and vendor management, with strong emphasis on accuracy and timely communication.

You will coordinate move-ins/outs, assist in monthly financial packages, and help with emergency plans and procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1–2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills; AP and CMMS experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in preparing monthly reports and budgets.
• Assist with lease administration, tenant move-ins/outs, and walk-throughs.
• Coordinate and document vendor invoices and payments per policies.
• Assist in sourcing and procurement activities; participate in bidding as required.
• Contribute to emergency plans and safety drills.
