Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Austin, TX is seeking a Property Manager (LPC) to lead all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial properties. The role involves coordinating marketing, operations, and financial activities for clients, with 100% in-office expectation.

The ideal candidate holds a Real Estate License (CPM/RPA preferred) and a BA/BS with 3–5 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Yardi or MRI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years related experience
• Real Estate License required; CPM/RPA preferred where mandatory by local regulation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi or MRI and Kardin preferred; AP and CMMS proficiency required
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties preferred
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms; ability to forecast, budget, and report variances
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong leadership potential
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners and deliver reports
• Manage tenant issues and coordinate staff to resolve problems
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports and annual operating budgets
• Oversee lease administration including setup, changes, and reporting
• Collect rent and report AR status with recommendations
• Lead sourcing and procurement; manage vendor contracts
• Supervise and develop team; recruit and train staff
• Ensure regular property inspections and approve maintenance changes
• Drive results through direction and performance management
• Perform other duties as assigned
