Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Texas is seeking an LPC Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in managing a commercial property portfolio, including marketing, operations, and financial activities.

You will respond to tenant needs, help prepare monthly reports and budgets, assist with lease administration, inspections, and coordination with vendors and tenants. A BA/BS is preferred, and 1–2 years in property management is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 1–2 years of related experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; CMMS/AP experience helpful.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, or industrial properties is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to convey topics positively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with staff to resolve issues.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and budget packages.
• Coordinate lease administration activities and reporting across systems.
• Assist with tenant move-ins/outs and walk-throughs with managers and teams.
• Support emergency plans, drills, and procurement activities.
