Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Property Manager in the Dallas area. You will oversee daily operations, lease administration, and resident satisfaction to ensure top-notch service at our properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Yardi Voyager or equivalent system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; provide coaching and development.
• Lead and communicate a shared vision with associates for peak performance.
• Execute marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines and landlord rules.
• Respond to resident issues and liaise with corporate office.
