Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Property Manager for one of our Everett, WA properties. You will oversee daily operations, lease administration, rent collection, and resident satisfaction, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.

We value strong leadership, coaching, and collaborative communication to drive occupancy, financial performance, and a positive resident experience. A real estate license is preferred and Salesforce/Yardi experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rent collection, and property P&L.
• Ensure client expectations are met and deliver excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; provide coaching and development.
