Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager in Richland, WA to oversee daily property operations, lease administration, and resident satisfaction. Lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with the management agreement.

Responsibilities include marketing, reporting, and coordinating with the corporate office. A focus on excellent customer service and property performance is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including resident satisfaction, rent collection, and marketing.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet client expectations.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring responsibilities.
• Coach and develop associates; communicate a shared vision.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract residents.
• Follow operations guidelines in the management agreement.
• Respond to resident issues; liaise with corporate on common area maintenance and landlord rules.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
