Avenue5 Residential in Washougal, WA is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the full operation of a community, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and reporting to clients.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences, managing vendor contracts, and ensuring financial performance while leading a team of associates to meet company standards and strategic goals.

Competenze

• Must have high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years in property management required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead coaching and development to empower associates to perform.
• Execute the marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines.
• Respond to resident concerns and liaise with corporate office.
• Maintain safety records and risk management initiatives.
