Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager for our Lakehouse community in Everett, WA. You will lead daily operations, ensure resident satisfaction, manage leases and rent collection, and drive property performance.

Qualifikationen

• Requires strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Experience in property management and lease administration.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting.
• Knowledge of resident lifecycle activities is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Maintain property P&L and marketing per plan.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; provide coaching.
• Implement strategic marketing to attract residents and maintain occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate office.
• Maintain safety records and risk management initiatives.
• Attend educational workshops and build professional networks.
• Organize and implement site disaster and evacuation plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
