Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction and lease administration.
• Oversee supplier contracts, maintenance, property P&L, and marketing in accordance with standards.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff as needed.
• Lead and coach associates to achieve company goals and service levels.
• Implement marketing plans to attract and retain residents and respond to complaints.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines and safety requirements.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and professional networks.
