Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of the property, ensure resident satisfaction, lease administration, and financial performance. You will lead a team, manage supplier contracts, and coordinate maintenance in line with company standards.

Your role includes delivering exceptional customer service, executing the marketing plan, and maintaining compliance with property management guidelines. A focus on leadership and operational excellence is essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Ensure excellent customer service and meet client expectations.
• Recruit, interview, give feedback, and hire staff.
• Provide coaching and development to associates and lead with a shared vision.
• Execute the marketing plan to attract residents and retain them.
• Manage operations guidelines per management agreement and respond to resident complaints.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications; build networks.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Oversee safety records, loss claims, and risk management.
