Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations and leasing activities at our Eugene, Oregon property.

You will ensure resident satisfaction, handle rent collection and delinquency management, and manage property P&L in line with company standards. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and lease administration.
• Oversee supplier contracts, maintenance, and monthly reporting.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of staff; provide coaching and development.
• Implement the marketing plan to attract and retain residents and ensure customer service excellence.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate for maintenance and rules enforcement.
