Avenue5 Residential in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lease administration, and resident services, ensuring a positive experience for residents, associates, and clients.

You will manage leasing, marketing, rent collection, and compliance, while leading a team and coordinating with the corporate office. A strong background in property management is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–3 years property management experience required
• 1–2 years direct management experience required
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred
• Yardi Voyager or equivalent systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff
• Lead and coach associates to implement the property’s vision and development
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents
• Respond to resident complaints and act as liaison with corporate office
• Maintain safety records, risk management initiatives, and incident reporting
• Organize site emergency evacuation plans
