Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premier property, ensuring resident satisfaction, rent collection, and compliant leasing processes. You will manage supplier contracts, maintenance, and monthly reporting while leading a team to deliver top-notch service.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in property management, with preferred knowledge of Salesforce and Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• : High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• : 2-3 years of experience in property management
• : 1-2 years of direct management experience
• : Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities
• : Real estate license preferred in some locations
• : Salesforce.com preferred
• : Yardi Voyager or equivalent system preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, focusing on resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management, P&L, and marketing
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and residents to meet expectations
• Recruit, interview, give corrective feedback, and hire staff as needed
• Lead and develop associates through communication of a shared vision and coaching
• Execute strategic marketing to attract and retain residents
• Follow operations guidelines in the property management agreement
• Address resident complaints and liaise with corporate on maintenance and rules enforcement
• Maintain knowledge through workshops, publications, and professional networks
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans
• Oversee safety records, loss claims, and risk management
• Other duties as assigned
