Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Property Manager to oversee financial performance, leasing, and resident relations at a property in Manor, TX. You will lead onsite staff, ensure policy compliance, and drive occupancy and budget performance.

The role requires at least 1 year in onsite property management, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Yardi experience is a plus; weekend availability may be needed. Competitive benefits will be provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of onsite property management experience, including leasing and bookkeeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Exposure to property management software; Yardi experience is a plus.
• Ability to review and report financial information.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible schedule incl. weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community and climb stairs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee rents, occupancies and expenditures to manage financial performance.
• Supervise resident retention, renewals and leasing programs to maintain occupancy.
• Handle resident relations, calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff; provide leadership and direction.
• Oversee daily leasing paperwork and service requests processing.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections; support asset planning.
• Adhere to lease file policies and audit requirements.
• Role may require a valid driver's license and state licenses.
