Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Manager to lead a team and manage financial performance for an onsite property. The role involves optimizing rents, occupancy, and operating expenditures while guiding leasing programs and resident relations.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of onsite property management experience, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and strong skills in Microsoft Office and Yardi. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in onsite property management, including leasing and bookkeeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication; ability to lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with property management software, Yardi a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance: rents, occupancy, expenditures.
• Oversee leasing programs and resident retention for maximum occupancy.
• Handle resident relations, calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and local regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff and manage leasing paperwork.
