Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee onsite operations at a Texas community. You’ll manage rents, occupancy, and expenditures while leading leasing programs and resident relations. The role requires weekend availability and a track record in property management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of onsite property management experience including leasing and bookkeeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; able to motivate a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi is a plus.
• Ability to review and report financial information; budget understanding.
• Must be able to work weekends and tour the community with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial performance of the property by overseeing rents, occupancies and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, including taking resident phone calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Willow Bridge Property Company policy, as well as federal and local regulations.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff effectively.
• Oversee daily leasing paperwork and proper completion of service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections, discuss strategies with the Regional Property Manager and complete annual asset business plans and budget forecasts.
• Assigns and proofs all leasing paperwork.
• Audits and adheres to lease file policy with consistency.
• Additional duties as assigned.
