Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Manager to lead onsite operations in a multi‑unit community. You will drive leasing activity, manage staff, and ensure financial performance while upholding company policies and resident relations.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in onsite property management, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi. Flexible scheduling and potential licensing requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of onsite property management experience (leasing and bookkeeping).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance: rents, occupancy, expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewals and leasing to maximize occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations including calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Train, supervise and counsel onsite staff.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budgets; collaborate with Regional PM.
