The role involves budgeting, reporting, and coordinating with the regional team to achieve high occupancy and service quality. Strong communication, proficiency in MS Office and Yardi are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year onsite property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance including rents and expenses.
• Oversee leasing, retention and occupancy goals.
• Handle resident relations including calls and requests.
• Ensure compliance with policy and regulations.
• Train and supervise onsite staff.
• Oversee leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budgets.
• Maintain lease files and policy adherence.
• May require valid driver’s license.
• State licenses or certifications may be required.
