Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing, budgeting, and resident relations across our communities. You will lead onsite staff, optimize occupancy, and ensure compliance with company policy and regulations.

The role requires at least 1 year of onsite property management experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience a plus. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of onsite property management experience including leasing and bookkeeping.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma as minimum requirement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Experience with property management and accounting software; Yardi a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance: rents, occupancy, and expenditures.
• Supervise leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Manage resident relations, calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure policy and regulatory compliance; train onsite staff.
• Handle leasing paperwork, service requests, and budgeting discussions.
• Analyze monthly performance and contribute to asset business plans.
