Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, TX is hiring a Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a residential community. You will oversee leasing, tenancy relations, budgeting, and financial performance while collaborating with onsite staff.

The role requires at least 1 year of onsite property management, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Yardi is a plus. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum onsite property management experience including leasing and bookkeeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software (Yardi) advantageous.
• Ability to review and report financial information; budgeting knowledge.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, and ability to tour the community.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance of the property by overseeing rents, occupancy and expenditures.
• Supervise leasing programs, renewals and resident retention to maximize occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and local regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff; oversee daily leasing paperwork.
• Analyze monthly performance and budgets, and prepare asset plans.
