Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of onsite property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Exposure to property management software; Yardi a plus.
• Ability to review, understand and report financial information.
• Understanding of marketing and budgeting principles.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; may require travel to properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance of the property, rents, occupancy, and expenditures.
• Oversee resident retention, renewals, and leasing programs to maximize occupancy.
• Handle resident relations, calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure policy compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Train and mentor onsite staff; supervise leasing paperwork.
• Analyze monthly performance and contribute to budgets and plans.
• Perform leasing paperwork audits and lease-file compliance.
• Additional duties as assigned.
