Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all aspects of property operations across our communities in the southeastern United States. You will drive resident satisfaction, supervise a diverse team, and coordinate leasing, maintenance, and budgeting to maximize occupancy and revenue.

The role requires strong organizational and financial acumen, experience with property-management software such as Yardi and Rent Café, and a commitment to fair housing and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in residential property management with staff supervision.
• Experience with financial management and budgeting is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and audits.
• Provide exceptional service to residents and prospects to drive satisfaction and renewals.
• Develop and implement occupancy strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage a high-performing team of leasing, maintenance, and management staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing laws.
• Build vendor relationships and manage service contracts.
