Arcan Capital is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee all aspects of residential property operations across our southeast portfolio. You will drive resident satisfaction, manage budgets, and lead a team to deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of property management, strong software proficiency (Yardi, Rent Café), and a proven leadership track record.

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience with staff supervision and budget oversight.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi and Rent Café.
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills are required.
• Excellent customer service and written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and audits.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects to boost satisfaction.
• Develop marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Lead a high-performing team across leasing, maintenance, and management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing laws.
