Arcan Capital seeks a proactive Property Manager to oversee all aspects of apartment communities across the Southeast U.S. You will lead maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and staff development to deliver exceptional living experiences.

Responsibilities include driving resident satisfaction, optimizing occupancy, managing vendor relations, and ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing laws while fostering a collaborative, service-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in residential property management.
• Proficiency in Yardi, Rent Café, credit screening, and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and fiduciary responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations, including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and audits.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication to residents and prospects.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Lead and manage a high-performing team across leasing, maintenance, and management.
