Job summary

Arcan Capital, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to lead property operations, drive resident satisfaction, and build a high-performing team across multiple communities in the Southeast United States. You will manage budgeting, vendor relations, and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

The role requires at least three years in residential property management, proficiency with Yardi/Rent Café, and strong leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Three years of residential property management experience including staff supervision, financial management, and budget oversight.
• Proficient in property management software (Yardi, Rent Café) and credit screening platforms; strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in training, developing, and mentoring a high-performing team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with multitasking and time-management abilities; strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to confidentiality, fiduciary responsibility, and compliance with fair housing laws.
• Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and handle varied schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations, including maintenance, budgeting, lease administration, marketing, and vendor management.
• Provide exceptional service to residents and prospects, driving satisfaction, renewals, and revenue.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to improve occupancy and revenue.
• Lead and mentor leasing, maintenance, and management staff to maintain high performance and low turnover.
• Ensure daily operations comply with company policies while maintaining a positive living environment.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, expenses, and communicate occupancy and revenue results.
• Build strong vendor relationships for cost-effective, quality service.
• Support growth and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.
