Job summary

Arcan Capital seeks an Experienced Property Manager to lead on-site teams across multiple Class A communities. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction while coordinating budgets, vendor contracts, and lease administration.

The role requires 5+ years in residential property management, supervising a large team, willingness to travel, and strong knowledge of YARDI, RentCafé, and credit screening. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in residential property management with a portfolio of 400+ units and supervising 7+ employees.
• Proven experience managing Class A properties and maintaining service/presentation standards.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the portfolio.
• Proficient in property management software (YARDI, RentCafé) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations including budgeting, marketing, lease administration, and audits in line with policy and laws.
• Lead on-site staff through hiring, training, and performance reviews to maintain high engagement.
• Ensure lease compliance and manage evictions when required.
• Develop marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue for Class A communities.
• Travel across properties to provide leadership and operational oversight.
