Job summary

Arcan Capital, LLC. is seeking an Experienced Property Manager to lead on-site teams across multiple communities, drive resident satisfaction, maximize occupancy, and control operating expenses while upholding Class A standards.

You will supervise staff, coordinate budgets, oversee leasing and maintenance, travel across properties, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA and EPA regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant work experience required.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in residential property management, including managing a portfolio of at least 300 units and supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations — budgeting, leasing, maintenance, and audits — in line with policy and laws.
• Lead on-site staff and vendor relationships; manage budgeting and expense control.
• Drive occupancy and revenue through marketing, renewals, and customer service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, EPA and other regulations across properties.
• Travel across portfolio to provide leadership and coverage as needed.
