Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, TX, is seeking an onsite Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, rentals, and staff. This role focuses on maintaining occupancy, managing budgets, and delivering excellent resident service at our Carrollton community.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of onsite management, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office with Yardi knowledge a plus. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of onsite property management experience.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi knowledge a plus.
• Ability to analyze financial information.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Willingness to tour the property with clients.

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial performance: rents, occupancies, and expenses.
• Manage resident retention, renewals, and leasing programs.
• Respond to resident calls, requests, and concerns.
• Ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise onsite staff and provide training.
• Review monthly performance and budgeting with Regional PM.
• Process leasing paperwork and service orders.
• Possibly obtain or maintain a state license or certification.
