Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Manager in Garland, TX. You will manage finances, oversee leasing programs, and lead onsite staff to achieve high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of onsite property management experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Yardi or other property management software. Flexible weekend scheduling and local travel may be required.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year experience in onsite property management, including leasing and bookkeeping knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Exposure to property management software and accounting software; Yardi experience is a plus.
• Ability to review, understand and report financial information.
• Understanding of marketing techniques and budgeting; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to tour the community with clients, including walking the property and climbing stairs.

• Manage the financial performance of the property by overseeing rents, occupancies and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, including handling calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and local/regulatory requirements.
• Manage, train and counsel onsite staff.
• Oversee daily leasing paperwork and service requests completion.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections and coordinate with the Regional Property Manager.
