Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Property Manager to lead on-site operations, leasing, and team management across our residential communities. You’ll drive occupancy, oversee resident relations, and ensure financial performance while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of onsite property management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Office tools and property management software, including Yardi.

Qualifications

• Onsite property management experience and leasing knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management/accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance: rents, occupancy, expenditures.
• Oversee leasing programs to maximize occupancy; supervise staff.
• Handle resident relations and inquiries; respond to requests.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and regulations.
• Prepare annual asset business plans and budget forecasts.
• Review leasing paperwork and ensure accuracy; maintain lease files.
• Possess adaptable schedule and ability to tour community.
