Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an on-site Property Manager in Plano, TX to oversee leasing, budgeting, and financial performance of the property. You will supervise onsite staff, maintain occupancy, handle resident relations, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

The role requires 1+ year in onsite property management, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with property management software such as Yardi.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of onsite property management experience including leasing and bookkeeping
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to lead a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience with property management software and accounting software; Yardi experience a plus
• Ability to review, understand and report financial information
• Understanding of marketing techniques and budgeting; multitasking capability
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Able to tour the community with clients, walk the property and climb stairs
• May require a valid driver’s license and/or state license/certification

Responsabilidades

• Manage financial performance by overseeing rents, occupancy and expenditures
• Supervise resident retention, renewals, and leasing programs to maximize occupancy
• Oversee resident relations, including calls, requests and concerns
• Ensure compliance with company policy and local regulations
• Train and counsel onsite staff
• Oversee daily leasing paperwork and service requests
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections with the Regional Property Manager
• Prepare annual asset business plans and budget forecasts
• Review leasing paperwork for accuracy and policy adherence
• Additional duties as assigned
• May require a valid driver’s license
• State license or certification may be required
