Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for HUD/LIHTC properties. The role supports the Property Manager in daily operations, leasing activity, renewals, collections, and communications for assigned residential property.

We require a minimum of two years in property management with HUD/LIHTC exposure, plus proficiency with OneSite or similar software. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' property management industry experience with HUD/LIHTC.
• Proficiency with OneSite or other property management software.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and pass background/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager in day-to-day operations including lease administration, renewals, collections, and reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with the maintenance team and monitor work orders for timeliness.
• Oversee rental collection, posting, and proper notices; manage move-outs and final accounts.
• Develop and monitor marketing activities to improve occupancy and income.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support property operations.
