Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Property Manager to lead operations for an assigned residential property. You will oversee leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, and team performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and housing laws.

You will manage day-to-day property needs, supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, and drive occupancy and revenue through effective marketing and resident relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of OneSite or other property management software is required.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Proven ability to market properties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; HUD/LIHTC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations and leasing activity.
• Ensure rent collection and accurate bookkeeping; prepare reports.
• Maintain compliance with policies and applicable laws (Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA).
• Supervise and develop property staff; coordinate maintenance and safety training.
• Monitor budgets, renewals, and marketing to maximize occupancy and income.
