Job summary

Cornerstone Residential in Salt Lake City is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to lead daily operations, leasing, collections, and financial reporting for an assigned residential property. You will oversee the team, manage vendor relations, and ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining compliance with laws and company policies.

The position is full-time, hourly/non-exempt, with a Monday–Friday schedule and compensation of $28–$30 per hour plus potential commissions and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in multi-family property management.
• Working knowledge of OneSite or other property management software.
• Proven ability to market properties and manage leasing.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations and leasing activity.
• Supervise staff and coordinate maintenance and safety programs.
• oversee budgeting, financial reporting and rent collections.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA and related laws.
• Develop resident relations to improve occupancy and renewals.
• Coordinate marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
