Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Property Manager to join our nationwide residential portfolio. You will oversee leasing programs, maintain occupancy, manage staff, and ensure compliance with company policy and regulations.

Flexible scheduling, including weekends, and strong financial oversight are essential. You’ll lead a team, drive resident relations, and coordinate with regional managers to deliver superior service and performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year onsite property management experience including leasing and bookkeeping.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to lead a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Exposure to property management and accounting software; Yardi a plus.
• Ability to review financial information and budgeting.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; may require driving.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance by overseeing rents, occupancy, and expenses.
• Supervise resident retention, renewals, and leasing programs.
• Oversee resident relations including calls, requests, and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and local regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff; supervise leasing paperwork.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections with Regional PM.
